Yahoo! has been a fantastic supporter both of Whitebox and the projects and charities we are supporting. Through the White Box service we have raised over £600,000 for charities and the third sector. Yahoo! The second largest search provider globally has continually improved its search services and provides Whitebox with exactly to same search results as is delivered to its own sites in the UK and the US.
National Council for Voluntary Organisations
giving voice and support to civil societyThe National Council for Voluntary Organisations is a registered charity which gives voice and support to civil society. It believes passionately in the voluntary and community sector. This is a sector with the power to transform the lives of people and communities for the better. Whitebox is proud of its association with the NCVO has been accredited as a recommended supplier.
Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations
The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations is the national body representing the voluntary sector in Scotland. There are 45,000 voluntary organisations in Scotland involving around 130,000 paid staff and approximately 1.3 million volunteers. The sector manages an income of £4.1 billion. We have been able to help over 100 of their members raise fund through their own Yahoo! branded search boxes.
Wales Council for Voluntary Action
Wales Council for Voluntary Action is the voice of the voluntary sector in Wales. We represent and campaign for voluntary organisations, volunteers and communities. As with its sister organisations both in Scotland and England we are helping several of its members to expand their fundraising efforts.
